4. ABOUT THE ARTIST (Short Bio Snippet)

Colin Goldberg is an American artist whose work merges traditional painting with digital process. A recipient of the Pollock-Krasner Foundation Grant and an honorary Doctorate in Fine Arts from Five Towns College, Goldberg coined the term Techspressionism in 2011 to describe his approach: a fusion of brushstroke, vector drawing, and layered image-making. His work has been exhibited internationally and is included in public and private collections, including Hearst Tower and the Islip Art Museum.
