Colin Goldberg’s video art piece “Metavision” has been selected to be screened at the Honolulu Fashion Invitational. The event will feature exciting runway presentations from Honolulu’s favorite rising fashion designers hand picked by popular wardrobe stylist Summer Style Hawaii.
The Honolulu Fashion Invitational will benefit arts education programs for at-risk Hawaii youth and will be hosted by Miss Hawaii US 2013 winner Gwendolyn Kenwright. Presenting fashion designers include Nicole Vermillion, Feliz Salas, Jenna Soto, Bejan Moers, Ryan Hanaoka, and Gina Brown. Presenting artists include ArtbyWinette, Laura Isola of Namanaloa Hawaii, Ivan Wentland, Eve Naia, and Colin Goldberg. Special live performances by Cherry Blossom Cabaret, YouTube sensation acoustic guitarist Chuck Davis, Summer Derrickson, Super Groupers, Genius PHAACE, and Nikki Nansen. Special keynote speech to be delivered by Dr. Bob Grossmann, founder of Afterschool ART Hawaii.
