Wireframe Augmented Reality Works

About Wireframe

Begun in 2004, the Wireframe series grew out of Goldberg’s Metagraph series of digital drawings. Gestural lines are rotated in three-dimensional space to create forms that recall architectural and engineering drawings. Printed onto painted surfaces, these structures combine precise line work with the physical qualities of acrylic, oil, ink, canvas, linen and paper. The Wireframe series helped shape the approach Goldberg named Techspressionism in 2011. Selected paintings include a silent animation layer and are presented as Motion Paintings.
